Please Grove NOW is our current project that we are focused on generating a social impact in. Pleasant Grove NOW is apart of the Grow South initiative started by the City of Dallas in order to create positive change and grow South Dallas. 

Our vision is that Pleasant Grove NOW will become an intentional cultural development. A "Multi-Use Real Estate Play" combining Commercial, Retail & Residential development to enhance the current living conditions and provide affordable living to become a mid to upscale neighborhood for the Latin American Community. Pleasant Grove will have a Latin River Walk Atmosphere to live, work & play. This concept will bring together: "Community - Education - Faith - Sports - Economics". 

Pleasant Grove will continue to grow and expand into a thriving community for now and for future generations to come
